Will your stock last until a new order arrives?

Mikhzan reads your Salla store's sales and tells you, for every product, size and colour, when it runs out, when to reorder and how much. Then it writes up the purchase order for your supplier.

From your sales to your supplier

  1. 1

It reads the last year of sales

Mikhzan reads your products and the last 365 days of orders from Salla. Days a product was out of stock are left out, so your best-sellers don't look slower than they are.

You sold 42 units in 28 days, but it was out of stock for 6 days of them. So it sells 1.9 units a day, not 1.5.
  2. 2

It works out when to reorder, and how much

For every product and variant, with your supplier's lead time, minimum order and case size. Every number comes with its reasons, written out.

    How much sells a day
We expect 1.9 a day, with out-of-stock days left out.
    When it runs out
The stock on hand (11 units) lasts about 6 days.
    When to reorder
Now. The reorder point is 81 units: what we expect to sell over the lead time (30 days) and until your next review (7 days), plus safety stock.
    How much to order
    96 units: 8 cases of 12.
  3. 3

It writes the purchase order for your supplier

The reorder list is grouped by supplier. Turn it into a purchase order with a PDF in Arabic or English, and a ready WhatsApp message you send from your own number.

It adds the delivery to Salla's stock

Record the delivery and its quantity is added in Salla once you confirm. Mikhzan changes nothing in your store without your confirmation, and every change is recorded.

Saudi seasons, built in

Mikhzan knows when the seasons fall, and learns their effect from your store's sales last year. As a season gets close your stock lasts fewer days, so the reorder shows up in time.

Ramadan and the Eids follow the Umm al-Qura calendar and can move by a day with the moon sighting. Payday counts from the 27th of each month.

Common questions

Does Mikhzan change anything in my store?

No, only after you confirm: receiving a purchase order adds the delivered quantities, and costs you entered are copied to the product. Every change is recorded.

What data does Mikhzan keep?

Your products, their stock and cost, and from each order: the product, quantity, price, status and date. It keeps no shopper data: no names, phone numbers or addresses.

How soon do I see forecasts after installing?

Mikhzan reads the last 365 days of orders when you install it, with a progress bar in the app. That takes minutes for most stores, and can take a few hours for very large ones.

My store is new. Will it help?

Yes. It forecasts from the history there is, shows how confident each forecast is, and gets more accurate as your sales build up.

How does it handle Ramadan and the Eids?

It knows their dates from the Hijri calendar and learns their effect from your store's sales last year. Without a full year it uses starting values you can change.

Does it handle sizes and colours?

Yes, each variant gets its own forecast, so you know which size or colour to reorder.

Does Mikhzan message my supplier?

No. It opens WhatsApp with the order written out, and you send it from your own number, with the PDF attached if you like.

Where do product costs come from?

From the cost price in Salla. Products without one are listed so you can enter it in the app, and you can copy it to Salla.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You get all of Mikhzan free for 14 days. After that the app pauses until you subscribe, and your data, settings and suppliers stay as they are. When you subscribe, Mikhzan brings your store's data up to date and carries on.

My products have unlimited quantity

If every product has unlimited quantity there's no stock to plan, and the app will say so. In a store that has other products, the unlimited ones are simply not planned.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

We stop reading your store straight away, and your store's data is deleted after 30 days.
